Is AI answering live today?
Not yet. The phone line, texting and AI answering are being activated for founding partners first, and nothing about them works today. When you sign up we tell you in writing what date applies to you. Until general availability they are offered to founding partners only, and we publish no uptime promise.
Will Scarlett book appointments or just take messages?
Neither, quite. When a caller wants to book, Scarlett will open a draft job in your unscheduled queue with the caller's details, the call transcript and a summary attached, and create the customer record if the caller is new. Your office then puts it on the schedule.
Which plans include AI answering?
Business at $149 a month and Enterprise include it outright. On Starter and Pro it is a $49 a month add-on that also requires phone service, since there is nothing to answer without a line. Either way there is no separate answering-service bill - talk time comes out of your plan's monthly minute allowance.
Can I still answer my own phone?
