Every job is either waiting in the unscheduled queue or on a day with a time and a tech, and the schedule view lays out the week so you can see who is booked. Filter by trade, by tech, or by date range, and move each job through one clear set of statuses from scheduled to completed.
One queue, one schedule
Work waiting for a time sits in the unscheduled queue at the top of the schedule, so nothing gets lost between "they called" and "it is on the calendar". Give a job a start time and assign one or more techs, and it moves onto that day. The schedule view groups the week by day, in your company's time zone, with each job's time, customer, assigned techs, and status.
Jobs reach the queue from your office and from maintenance plans, which generate each visit as it comes due. When the job is done, it turns into an invoice without retyping the work.
A status workflow the whole team reads the same way
Every job moves through the same statuses - unscheduled, scheduled, dispatched, in progress, on hold, completed, or canceled - so the office and the field are reading the same board. Techs update status from the job itself, and the office sees it.
Techs see only the jobs assigned to them, which keeps the mobile app focused on their day rather than the whole company's.
What is not here yet
A drag-and-drop dispatch board, a live map of where every tech is, and automated "your tech is on the way" texts are all on the roadmap, not in the product today. Today you schedule a job by giving it a time and a tech, and the schedule view shows the result.
GPS fleet tracking has its own roadmap page, and on-the-way texts depend on two-way texting, which is still being activated.
Built for multi-trade companies
If you run HVAC and plumbing crews - or HVAC, electrical, and a lawn division - most software forces you to squint at one undifferentiated wall of jobs. Every Mittro job carries a trade, and the schedule filters by it, so a dispatcher can look at the HVAC day, the plumbing day, or everything at once.
Multi-trade shops are poorly served by tools built for a single vertical. Mittro treats them as first-class from day one.
