We own the phone network Mittro runs on, so a business line is a plan feature rather than a third-party integration. Starter is the one plan without one - you can add it, or move to Pro where it is included. Both add-ons are free for the whole trial. Both are activating soon for founding partners: they are not live yet, and the date that applies to you goes into your pilot agreement in writing.

What calls and texts cost past your allowance
Every plan with a phone line includes a monthly allowance of talk time and texts. Past it, usage is billed at cost-plus rather than bundled into a bigger plan you do not need: $0.03 per voice minute and $0.02 per text segment. Allowances are 500 a month on Pro, 2,000 on Business, and 5,000 on Enterprise. Nothing is metered during your trial.

We are onboarding a small group of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lawn care companies as founding partners. You run Mittro free for 6 months and help us shape it with real feedback. Months 7-12 are half price, and after year one you keep a grandfathered preferred rate for good.
Being early means some of what is on this page is still being built. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out in month two.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Founding partners keep a grandfathered preferred rate after the pilot, but nobody is ever locked in.
Is pricing per user?
No. Each plan includes a user allowance - 1 on Starter, up to 5 on Pro, up to 15 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. You upgrade plans when you outgrow the allowance instead of watching a per-seat bill creep up.
Which plans include a phone line and texting?
Pro, Business, and Enterprise include a business number with caller ID lookup, call logging, voicemail, and two-way texting. Starter does not, but you can add it for $19 a month. Both add-ons are free for the length of your trial. The phone line and texting are activating soon for founding partners and are not live yet.
Which plans include AI answering?
Business and Enterprise include 24/7 AI answering. On Starter and Pro it is a $49 a month add-on, and it requires phone service, because there is nothing to answer without a line. Like the phone line, it is activating soon for founding partners and is not live yet.
Are the phone line, texting, and AI answering live today?
No. They are being activated for founding partners first. Founding partners can buy Pro and Business with them marked activating soon, and the date that applies to you goes into your pilot agreement in writing. Until general availability they are offered to founding partners only, and we publish no uptime promise.
What happens if I use more minutes or texts than my plan includes?

Can I keep my current business phone number?
Not yet. Number porting is on our roadmap and is not something we can do today - right now you get a new local number and forward your existing line to it, which works but is a step we would rather remove. If porting is a hard requirement for you, tell us before you commit so we can be straight about timing.
Do you migrate my data from ServiceTitan, RealGreen, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?
For founding partners, the Mittro team does it by hand, with you, during onboarding - customers, properties, service history, and open invoices. There is no self-serve import tool yet; that is on the roadmap. It is a working session with us rather than a file upload, which is slower for us and better for you.
Are card processing fees included?
Card payments run through Stripe and standard Stripe processing rates apply. Mittro adds no markup on top of them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It is your data and we will get it to you. Self-serve export is on the roadmap, so today that means asking us and receiving your customers, jobs, and invoices in a standard format - we do not hold data hostage or charge to release it. We will also release any number we hold for you.
How does the founding partner pilot work?
Early partners run Mittro free for the first 6 months in exchange for regular feedback. Months 7 through 12 are 50% off, and after year one you keep a grandfathered preferred rate. Being early also means some things on this page are still being built - the pricing table marks which.
