Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Founding partners keep a grandfathered preferred rate after the pilot, but nobody is ever locked in.
Is pricing per user?
No. Each plan includes a user allowance - 1 on Starter, up to 5 on Pro, up to 15 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. You upgrade plans when you outgrow the allowance instead of watching a per-seat bill creep up.
Can I keep my current business phone number?
Yes. We port your existing number to the Mittro phone network during onboarding at no charge, or you can pick a new local number. Your customers never notice the switch.
What does AI answering "limited" mean on Starter?
Starter includes a monthly allowance of AI-answered calls, which covers a typical solo operation's after-hours volume. Pro and above include unlimited AI answering.
Do you migrate my data from ServiceTitan, RealGreen, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?
Yes. Data migration is part of onboarding on every plan: customers, properties, service history, and open invoices. For route-based businesses we also map your recurring programs and prepays.
Are card processing fees included?
Card payments run through Stripe and standard Stripe processing rates apply. Mittro adds no markup on top of them.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export your customers, jobs, and invoices at any time, and we will port your phone number wherever you want it to go. There is no cancellation fee.
How does the founding partner pilot work?
Early partners run Mittro free for the first 6 months in exchange for regular feedback. Months 7 through 12 are 50% off, and after year one you keep a grandfathered preferred rate.
